From Across the Room Challenge
Woop Woop! I finally made into a paid challenge with a poem! It’s called It Must Have Been Fate and if you click on the link, you can read it and vote for me!
I have been writing on Medium for quite a while on and off, but this is the first time I’ve had a chance at earning (winning) some real money. I never made more than $5 in a month for any pub on Medium so far. This is my moment!
I’d sure appreciate a look see, and a comment if you are so inclined. It is a little late for Valentine’s, but my Facebook friends and my husband all liked it. I need feedback from real writers and poets, so thank you in advance. :)
I plan on publishing more stories on Vocal as they seem relevant to me, or challenging, like this one was. It’s one thing to tell your true story, it’s quite another to make that story into a poem. I’m kind of proud of myself. I do have my work on Chalkboard to thank, because that pub really drew out my poetic side.
