I like to include it in my recipe for egg cups, the portable breakfast I make for my huband every week. I usually add it in when I add the other spices and I still give him a small amount of shredded cheese blend also. I am not vegan but I am now following a Keto diet plan and nutritional yeast will help give me energy and supplement with B vitamins we all need after 50.
