Sorry you had to go through moving hell, kinda reminds me of the time I misplaced my coils I desperately needed for my vape pen-I had packed them and could not figure out which box….$10 later I had a cheap replacement that satisfied my urges til we got to the new place.
Anyhoo, we had our precious Victorian bulldog Butch for 13 years before my husband had to put him down. I know a little bit of what you must be going through. now we have our Shorkies, Whiskey, and Brandy whom I talk about ad nauseum, I’m sure. My husband treats them as if they are his grandbabies, and really, they might as well be, we don’t get to see the ‘real’ ones.
I will try to find a pic of Butch first and then I’ll show you a couple of the brats…no they aren’t really but I’m with them more than he is and yeah, love em or not, they still get on my nerves sometimes.

Well, darn! I don’t have a pic of Butch on my camera roll anymore. Picture a brindle bulldog, tall legs and not as big, round belly as English bulldogs, sad, sweet face with a slim white mask and you got him. He was my husband David’s heart, I think he took a peice of it when he died. He actually cremated that dog, I was in Ft Worth dealing with the eminent death of my mom. I was sad to not be there for Dave but glad not to see him hurting as much as he was.
