Thanks to Medium and all of the writers, readers, editors and other creatives that have helped to make 2017 a good year for me. I love, like everyone who writes on this platform must, seeing all the claps my stories, poems, and other creations receive, as well as new and dedicated followers, cheerleaders, and any other readers or writers that respond and keep me inspired to continue.
I’m not a person to make predictions or New Years promises, however, I will say that I plan on writing more next year, not only here but other places as well. I enjoy the Medium platform because I get more positive affirmation and encouragement than anywhere else I write. I did end the year with a record (for me) number of posts on my blog (500) Kimmy’s Patio, but I have many more supporters and followers here on Medium. Thanks to my cheerleaders (you know who you are) and to the editors/Writers who have coached me along the way.
It’s been a rough year medically for me and my family and you all have offered prayers and hope for healing to us and for that I also thank you. I know lots of you also have medical issues yourselves and I am humbled you took the time to pray for us.
