This was a very interesting article, I will try some of your ideas that I’m reluctant to do, like exercising and meditation and see if they help. My problem is that “working” from home is even harder because of my guilt, distractions, and self imposed chores that most mornings I feel like a crazy person, unable to focus and/or finding myself procrastinating from the real work of finding writing jobs. I want to do the fun, creative stuff instead. I do best when I just “sit my butt in the chair” as all the writing gurus suggest, but not until I do my particular morning routine.
